Job summary

LF&E Temperature Controlled Logistics is seeking a Depot Supervisor to lead a team of delivery drivers and manage routine depot operations. You will ensure smooth, compliant, and timely deliveries of temperature‑controlled healthcare shipments across the UK.

The role requires 2+ years in supervision or transport management, strong communication and safety awareness, and a UK driving licence. Competitive benefits and career progression are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a supervisory or transport management role.
• Experience managing drivers and fleet logistics.
• Strong health and safety knowledge, GDP/MHRA knowledge advantageous.
• Excellent communication, organisational and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong geographical knowledge and driving licence (UK).
• DBS and references; right to work in the UK.

• Ensuring compliance with GDP, MHRA standards, and SOPs.

• Leading recruitment, inductions and new-starter training.
• Providing driving cover when required.

As a Depot Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our operation runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely. Leading a team of drivers and supporting day-to-day depot activities, you’ll help maintain the high standards our customers rely on while ensuring life-changing medications reach patients accurately and on time.

Role Details:

• 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday


• Shift times are 06:00 am - 15:00 pm with reasonable overtime expected


• 30 minute lunch break

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and supporting a team of delivery drivers
