Job summary

Stagecoach Highlands is seeking a Stores Person for the Inverness depot to maintain and repair a modern fleet, ensuring parts are available for buses used in healthcare, employment, shopping and leisure travel. The role covers Inverness, Aviemore, Tain and Elgin depots, with a 39-hour week.

You will be part of a team, trained on the required systems, and supported by a range of benefits. A standard Monday–Friday schedule is provided with some flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in stores or parts handling preferred.
• Good administrative and organisational skills.
• Willingness to work Monday to Friday 07:00–16:00 with some flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Use Eams Systems to schedule parts orders for workshop.
• Order parts and book parts.
• Pay invoices and raise purchase orders.
• Deliver and collect parts to depots.
• Carry out stock checks and general admin duties.
