Job description

Main purpose of the job is to carry out the day to day operation of the depot ensuring that all activities are carried out safely and as efficiently as possible.

Key Responsibilities

1. Moving and repositioning aggregates within bays and around the depot
2. Assisting other Depot Operatives
3. Keeping the site safe and tidy

Person Specification

1. Telescopic Handler or Forklift certificate and experience is preferred but not essential.
2. A reliable and flexible attitude is a must.
3. Able to work as part of the team and alone.

Working Hours

45 hours per week, Monday to Friday 0700 – 1700 including 1 hour unpaid break.

Package

Annual salary plus the 9% employer pension contribution with Scottish Widows. You may be entitled to the discretionary Annual and Christmas bonuses. Annual leave of 29 days, including 8 Bank Holidays plus 12 Saturday Holidays per year.
