The Depot Operations Supervisor reports to the Retail Sales & Operations Manager (RSOM), who has overall responsibility for the depot and service areas including:

• Customer Services
• Delivery fleet
• Cold store Warehouse

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £14.00 per hour + bonus + benefits.

Responsibilities

• Be an integral part of the leadership team, demonstrating passion and commitment to outstanding service.
• Drive the delivery of established processes and operational standards.
• Monitor team performance against daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Develop operational performance and team skills.
• Manage areas such as health & safety, stock, delivery fleet, and facilities maintenance.
• Participate in day-to-day tasks, including deliveries and picking, requiring a full UK driving license.

Personal Qualities

We seek a proactive, positive team player who leads by example, fosters trust, communicates effectively, and is passionate about community service. The role requires a hands-on approach, including driving and cold store tasks, and a willingness to lead from the front.

You must have held a UK manual driving license for at least 2 years.
