Nationwide Platforms, the UK's largest powered access provider, is seeking a Depot Manager for our Swansea depot. You'll lead a hands-on, customer-focused operation, driving service excellence and strong financial performance.

You will build relationships with local customers, coach colleagues, manage fleet and resources, and use KPI data to improve safety, efficiency and growth. A proactive, entrepreneurial leader is essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading depot, branch, or logistics teams.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and drive profitable growth.
• Strong customer relationship and local business development skills.
• Customer-focused, entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on leadership.
• Comfort with using data to inform decisions.
