Depot Manager 6594

Location: Conwy, North Wales

Hours: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: £50,832.36 per annum

Key Responsibilities of a North Wales Depot Manager
  • Lead the redesign of depot workflows and processes, applying LEAN principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate a diverse team, managing performance and setting clear goals.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial team to define service offerings, negotiate contracts, and drive sales.
  • Oversee compliance with health & safety, food safety, fleet regulations, and budget targets.
  • Translate data into actionable insights to improve depot performance.
  • Balance leadership with a hands-on approach, from toolbox talks to supporting depot operations.
Key Skills of a North Wales Depot Manager
