Job summary

NEOS Engineering Recruitment are working with a well-established plant and tool hire business to appoint an experienced Depot Manager to lead one of their busiest depots in Borehamwood.

You'll manage day-to-day operations, drive customer service, profitability and safety, and develop your team within a stable, long‑standing company with strong support from the wider business.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a plant hire, tool hire or equipment hire depot.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Commercially aware with a focus on customer service.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, transactional environment.
• Experience within plant & tool hire is highly desirable.

NEOS Engineering Recruitment are working with a well-established and highly respected plant & tool hire business who are looking to appoint an experienced Depot Manager to lead one of their busiest and most successful depots.

The Role

As Depot Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the depot, ensuring excellent customer service, commercial performance and operational efficiency. The depot hires a wide range of plant, tools and specialist equipment, operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities
