Requirements:

• Experience as Operations Manager or similar in services or logistics.
• CPC Qualification.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
• Experience in people management and health & safety in unionized, multi-shift settings.
• Knowledge of environmental and safety legislation.
• Understanding of the local area.
• Ability to work towards KPIs.
• Proven record of operational improvements.
• Strong communication, planning, and teamwork skills.
• Minimum GCSEs in English and Maths; A-Levels or Degree preferred.
