Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD are recruiting a Depot Manager for Leiston, Suffolk. You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day depot operation, driving revenue through hire activity and maintaining a strong customer service standard.

The role requires proven leadership, budgeting ability and a hands-on approach to depot management, with a UK driving licence and commutable access to Leiston. Salary circa £55,000 plus bonus and a company vehicle.

Position: Depot Manager
Location: Leiston, Suffolk
Salary: Circa 55,000 + Bonus & Vehicle

Depot Manager required for a well-established specialist supplier of hydraulic and electric submersible pumps. This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing depot operations, driving revenue through equipment hires and ensuring excellent customer service standards. The successful candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with hands‑on operational management and team leadership. Previous experience within plant or pump hire, construction, or water infrastructure sectors would be highly advantageous, though full product training will be provided.

Depot Manager Job Requirements

• Proven experience in a depot management, sales management or similar leadership role

• Knowledge of plant hire, pump hire or related industries preferred
• Experience within construction or water infrastructure sectors advantageous
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
• Based within a commutable distance of Leiston, Suffolk
• Full UK driving licence
