We are looking for an experienced leader with proven people management skills and a successful track record in an operational environment.

The successful candidate will be capable of operating commercially at all levels, both internally and externally. They should be able to analyze current business activities and implement improvements to enhance customer experience and maximize profitability.

This role reports to the National Operations Manager and is part of the UK-wide management team. It is a visible position within the company, based in the largest region.

Our client encourages applications from Ex-Military personnel; however, all candidates with relevant experience will be considered.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and management of the company’s team in the Doncaster region.
  • Ensure delivery of excellent customer service is achieved and maintained.
  • Maintain and increase productivity and profitability targets through effective management.
  • Drive business growth within the region through effective business development.
  • Motivate the team to achieve collective goals.
  • Achieve key financial and operational KPIs.
