Job summary

Civils & Lintels in Bolton is looking for a Depot Manager to ensure customers receive brilliant service and to lead a motivated team. You will manage stock, vehicles and training to meet depot targets while driving sales and profitability across the branch.

The role requires previous leadership experience in a depot or similar environment, with a focus on safety, customer service, and operational excellence. Join a growing national group with strong training support.

Your role, as a Depot Manager, will be to ensure your customers receive a brilliant service when using your depot. You will need to not only manage but also motivate your team to ensure that they are able to help meet depot targets. There will be plenty of opportunities for you to build on sales and profits, whilst also generating new customers. You will also need to make sure that the depot is running effectively, by managing stock, properly utilising your vehicles and making sure all employees have completed the mandatory training to make sure it is a safe place to work.
