About the job:
In this role, you will be responsible for train service performance of the LTV fleet and develop initiatives and schemes to improve. In addition you'll ensure that the LTV Engineering function operates in full compliance with Safety, Fleet, Plant & Equipment, Environmental, and Security standards. You'll play a key part in improving operational efficiency and reducing risk across engineering activities.

About the location:
Your primary base will be Reading Train Care Depot, with travel required across the LTV network and occasionally beyond. While your core hours will follow a standard business schedule, flexibility is essential, and out-of-hours work may be necessary to meet operational demands.
