Job Purpose

To control the receipt, storage, and issue of the company’s equipment, ensuring operations meet company standards.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Ensure the safe operation of the depot/site, adhering to health and safety regulations.
2. Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards.
3. Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring, stocktaking, and audits.
4. Handle goods and deliveries accurately, including quality control checks.
5. Support forklift operations and depot housekeeping.
6. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized depot environment.
7. Handle hazardous substances following COSHH regulations.
8. Support various site locations and projects, including working shifts and weekends.
9. Assist in asset control, vessel support, and project logistics.

Qualifications & Experience

• QCF Level 2 Warehouse Operations
• Forklift Operators Certificate – NPORS B1, B2, B3
• IPAF Mobile Vertical (3a), Mobile Boom (3b)
• Novice certification in Overhead Crane operation
• IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Experience in transportation and logistics
