This is a varied role that combines logistics, administration, and customer serviceperfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and has a passion for keeping things organised and on the move.

What You'll Be Doing:

Logistics & Fleet Support

Prepare trucks, trailers, and equipment for hireincluding cleaning and basic maintenance

Manage and organise incoming/outgoing stock, ensuring accurate logging and dispatch

Assist in the movement and inspection of fleet vehicles

Depot & Admin Tasks

Maintain accurate inventory and complete service reports

Support back-office operations and key account management

Ensure all documentation is completed correctly and filed appropriately

Customer Service

Provide excellent service to customers both face-to-face and over the phone

Assist with customer collections and drop-offs, ensuring smooth service at all times

Help build and maintain positive customer relationships

Health & Safety

Keep the depot clean, tidy, and compliant with safety regulations

Report hazards or incidents and ensure best practice in depot safety

What Were Looking For:

Experience in a depot, warehouse, or fleet environment is a plus

Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills

Good communication and teamworking abilities

Comfortable with manual handling and working in a fast-paced setting

Knowledge of health and safety procedures
