Job Title: Depot Administrative Assistant
Location: Scorrier, Redruth
Pay Rate: £13.58 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary - Ongoing
Hours:3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday), 8:30am - 4:30pm

About the Role:

We're currently recruiting for a dependable and highly organised Depot Administrative Assistant to support a busy operational team in Scorrier. This role is vital to ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly, with a strong focus on data entry and communication with field engineers. You'll play a key part in maintaining compliance records for up to 60 engineers and supporting the depot with critical administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurate and timely data entry related to compliance and field operations
  • Liaise directly with engineers to coordinate and track compliance requirements
  • Monitor workflow and ensure records and systems are kept up to date
  • Communicate effectively across the depot team to support operational continuity
  • Provide general administrative support as needed to keep the business running efficiently
