A leading recruitment specialist is looking for a Deployment Engineer - IT Support in London. This contract role requires providing comprehensive IT support, including troubleshooting and configuring Apple and Windows devices onsite. Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, especially in 1st/2nd line troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
• Familiarity with Windows 10 & 11 and configuring Apple devices.

• Troubleshoot hardware issues including printers and scanners.

If you are an IT Support Engineer with excellent communication skills and great customer service we have a contract role we would like to discuss with you.

Please note this role is inside IR35 and will require 5 days per week onsite.

• 1st/2nd line support face to face and over the phone
• installing and configuring PCs, Macs, iPhone, iPads for users in a busy environment
• Using Jamf to configure Apple devices
• Logging calls on a ticketing system
• Supporting additional hardware such as printers and scanners
• Windows 10 & Windows 11 support
