Overview
Deployment Engineer (ManageEngine, ITSM, ITIL) - Get Training and certification in ITIL and ITSM products! Remote role - work from home in the UK!
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end deployment and configuration of ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus (and similar ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, Freshservice).
- Run scoping calls, lead planning engagements (5-day), and own delivery from day one as the face of delivery.
- Configure and implement ITSM solutions; work with clients in a consultancy/MSP context; lead delivery sessions.
Qualifications
- Experience deploying ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus or similar ITSM platforms
- Hands-on skills in configuration, deployment, and implementation
- Client-facing experience - ideally in an MSP or consultancy
- Confident leading scoping and delivery sessions
- ITIL Foundation certification
