Job summary

Flow Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Deployment Architect to turn signed deals into sustained Flow usage.

You’ll sit at the intersection of sales, engineering, and the customer, and own deployments for a portfolio of accounts: migrating requirements out of legacy tools and spreadsheets, configuring Flow around how each customer's programs run, and redesigning workflows with their systems engineers. This role requires launching long running, multi-team rollouts, training teams, and driving change

Qualifications

Real customer-facing experience owning relationships with customers, clients, or partners.
Proven ability to diagnose needs and drive adoption across diverse teams.
Experience running multi-team deployments with clear milestones and status reports.

Responsibilities

Run deployments end to end: kickoff, migration, configuration, workflow redesign, training, and adoption.
Drive organizational change inside customer engineering orgs and ensure adoption sticks.
Define success metrics for deployments and diagnose stalls before renewal risk.
Design Flow setups around customer programs and coordinate with software deployment engineers.
Be the product team's eyes and ears in the field to inform next-builds.
Partner with sales reps and AEs on expansion opportunities.
Help build deployment playbooks, guides, and training materials for the team that follows.
