About the Role: The OSGA, in collaboration with St Anne’s College, seeks to appoint an Evans Pritchard Fellow in African Anthropology. The candidate must hold a doctorate in African Anthropology, with the doctoral viva completed within the last five years (excluding eligible career breaks). The position includes an office at the African Studies Centre, Oxford.
About You: Candidates should have a recent doctorate in African Anthropology, experience with research and analytical techniques, and a record or potential for high-quality research publications. Teaching experience in African Anthropology and supervising graduate students are essential, along with a commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion.
