This is a permanent position offering 39 hours per week. The role is based in the H&M Peterborough store.

Our Leaders aim to grow our people and business. As a Department Manager, you will oversee a department to support the store's sales and profit, and work with your team to deliver a Customer First Experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead with a vision to provide the best experience for colleagues and customers
• Evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and support development and training for succession planning
• Analyze and follow up on Sales & Profit KPIs for your department
• Ensure Health & Safety, legal, and security standards are met according to H&M standards and local laws to secure safety for employees and customers
