Job Description

This is a permanent position based in the H&M Eastleigh store in the Swan Shopping Centre, offering 39 hours per week.

As a Department Manager, you will oversee a department to support sales and profitability, and deliver a Customer First Experience with your team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead with a vision to ensure the best experience for colleagues and customers.
  2. Evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and support development and training.
  3. Analyze and follow up on Sales & Profit KPIs for your department.
  4. Ensure Health & Safety, legal, and security standards are met to secure employee and customer safety.

Additional Information

Availability to work 7 days a week, including weekends, with full flexibility.
