This is a permanent position offering 39 hours per week. The position is based in the H&M Croydon store in the Centrale Shopping Centre.

Our Leaders aim to grow our people and our business. As a Department Manager, you will oversee a department to support the store's sales and profit, and work with your team to deliver a Customer First Experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead with a vision to ensure the best experience for colleagues and customers
  • Evaluate your team's performance, provide regular feedback, and support their development and training for succession planning
  • Analyze and follow up on Sales & Profit KPIs for your department
  • Ensure Health & Safety, legal compliance, and security standards are maintained according to H&M and local laws to ensure safety for employees and customers

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Management experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Previous experience leading and managing teams
  • A passion for profitability and people
  • A customer-first mindset

Availability is fully flexible across 7 days, including weekends.
