Commerciality

• Deliver an elevated client experience within the store environment

• Develop and monitor key performance metrics aligned with the business plan
• Stay informed about competitor activity

Operations

• Manage inventory flow to minimize shrinkage through operational excellence
• Lead floor recovery efforts, ensuring pricing and size integrity
• Maintain a safe work environment for clients and employees by adhering to all policies and procedures
