Practice Overview

Our goal is to provide excellent general dentistry with some cosmetic treatments in a fully independent practice. The dentist will take over a full list of patients, and the existing patient base is currently on a fee-per-item payment system.

Position Details

We are looking for an experienced general dentist who can work independently and handle all aspects of dentistry, including routine check-ups, fillings, extractions, crowns, and bridges. Some cosmetic procedures may also be performed.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of providing high-quality dental care and will be comfortable working alone in a practice setting.

Compensation and Benefits

A 45% private fee structure is offered, increasing to 50%, with lab fees at 50%. Materials costs are covered by the practice.
