INDEPENDENT practice. One Thursday per week, £450 day rate plus monies for private, predominantly private practice. Zest Dental Recruitment, in partnership with an established dental practice, is seeking to recruit an Associate Dentist in Shrewsbury, Shropshire, to deliver private dental treatments on both a fee per item and plan basis.

• Location: Shrewsbury, Shropshire
• Schedule: One day per week (Thursday), with scope to increase in future
• Workload: 20 UDAs per day, with additional earnings for extra UDAs

This small dental practice in Shrewsbury has a well-maintained, loyal patient base that has recently transitioned to private dentistry. The patient list includes fee per item and plan patients, with a small NHS list of children and exempt adults. Private earnings are paid at 50%, with laboratory costs shared equally. Due to the successful transition from NHS to private, the Principal Dentist seeks a new Associate to join initially for one day per week, with potential to increase to two days quickly due to demand. The working week will be shared with the principal, and the incoming dentist should be comfortable working single-handedly.

Applicants must be GDC registered dentists, hold an active dentist performer number, and have UK NHS dental treatment experience.
