Job description

Start date : 3 / 24 / 2025, with a minimum commitment of 60 days.

Shifts requested : Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Practice setting : High-volume Medicaid practice.

Patient load : Approximately 12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene checks per day.

Ages : Patients aged 2 and above, with 80% pediatrics and 20% adults.

Procedures required : Crowns, fillings, simple extractions, hygiene checks, emergencies.

Requirements : Dental license, CPR certification, NPI number, at least 2 years of experience. DEA and CSR licenses are preferred if required by state.

Other : EMR system: DentaPro; Hygienist and two assistants onsite; Solo provider; Full travel and lodging provided; Supportive team in a high-volume setting.
