Bedale Dental Practice is seeking an Associate Dentist to join a thriving, predominantly private workload with a small NHS commitment. You will inherit an established patient list and work with excellent clinical support to grow your own patient base.

You’ll join a modern, five-surgery practice with EMS technology and a team of Hygienists/Therapists, nurses and a Treatment Co-ordinator who support patient journeys and collaborative care.

• Confident providing high-quality general dentistry.
• Enjoys building long-term relationships with patients.
• Works well as part of a collaborative clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Take over an established private-focused list with a small NHS commitment.
• Provide high-quality general dentistry and build a busy diary from day one.
• Develop and grow a private patient base alongside existing patients.
• Collaborate with a supportive team including hygienists, nurses, and a Treatment Co-ordinator.

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving practice where you'll enjoy a predominantly private workload while maintaining a small NHS commitment treating children. You'll be taking over part of an established list from a departing clinician, together with additional patients requiring ongoing care, meaning you'll have the opportunity to build a busy and rewarding diary from the outset.

Working pattern:

• Monday, Thursday and alternate Fridays with the potential for every Friday in the future.

The role offers an excellent mix of:

• Existing Denplan and practice plan patients.
• New patient examinations and treatment planning.
• Opportunities to grow your private patient base as demand continues to increase.

You’ll be joining a modern, well-equipped five-surgery practice with:

• EMS technology.
• Three Hygienists/Therapists supporting patient care.
• Experienced Dental Nurses and Associate Dentists working collaboratively.
• Internal referral opportunities for more complex treatments, including orthodontics.
