Job summary

ZEST Dental Recruitment is partnering with an established private practice in Bedale, North Yorkshire to recruit a Private Associate Dentist. The role is part-time (Mondays, Thursdays and alternate Fridays) in a modern five-surgery clinic with EMS technology, Trios and intraoral cameras, offering a generous 45% private earning split.

You’ll work with existing Denplan/patients and NHS children’s dentistry, benefit from a supportive team culture, and have scope to pursue special interests such as

• Fully registered with the GDC and eligible to work in the UK.
• Experience providing private dental treatment in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide predominantly private dentistry to a steady patient base with 45% private split.
• Deliver NHS children’s dentistry where required and support practice plans.
• Develop special interests such as orthodontics with team support.

The role offers an excellent mix of general private dentistry, existing Denplan and practice plan patients, and children's NHS dentistry, with strong earning potential through a 45% private split.

You’ll be joining a modern, well-equipped five-surgery practice with EMS technology and three Hygienists/Therapists supporting patient care. The team offers excellent internal referral pathways for more complex treatments, including orthodontics.

The practice has a relaxed, supportive and genuinely friendly team culture, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, family-focused care for its loyal patients. There's also an opportunity to develop additional interests, including orthodontics, in the future.

The role is available Monday and Thursday, with alternate Fridays currently and the potential to move to every Friday in future. The practice is conveniently located just 2 minutes from the A1, with free parking local to the practice.

Successful candidates will be fully registered with the GDC and have experience of providing private dental treatment in the UK.
