Job summary

Devon Dentists in Barnstaple invites a patient-centred clinician to join their independent, family-run private practice. You will work with highly experienced dentists in a modern facility, delivering private treatments with supportive clinical staff.

The role offers a 50% revenue split, flexible hours, and access to new equipment, CPD, mentoring, and career development within a welcoming team. GDC registration and active indemnity insurance are required; NHS or private experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Taking patients’ medical histories.
• Diagnosing and providing appropriate dental treatment including regular cleaning, root canals, surgical extractions, implants and cosmetic dentistry.
• Referring patients for surgery or orthodontic work.
• Scanning of patients’ teeth and preparing prosthetics such as crowns, plates and implants.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and consultation notes.
• Keeping up with best practices, new technologies and innovations in dentistry.
• Performing training.

You will work closely with highly experienced Dentists and support staff, in modern new facilities, using expert software, providing private treatments.

Successful candidates should be GDC registered and have active dental indemnity insurance. • Licence/Certification: GDC Registration (required)
