Dental Treatment Coordinator / Telford, Shropshire / Full Time

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Telford, Shropshire to recruit a Dental Treatment Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.

• Available as soon as possible.
• Will take notice periods into consideration.
• Independent, mixed practice environment.
• Full time opportunity – 4-5 days per week available.
• Space; Monday - Friday 9am – 5.30pm.
• £14 - £15 per hour depending on experience.
• Responsibilities include but are not limited to: discussing treatment plans, managing marketing leads, providing support throughout the patient journey, managing diary appointments & treatment schedules, be comfortable discussing finance options & timelines, building & maintaining strong relationships with patients.
• Attention to detail & the ability to work to deadlines is essential.
• The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, with sound clinical knowledge of general & specialist treatments.
• GDC registration preferred though not essential for the right candidate.
• Practice offers general dentistry alongside urgent / emergency care.
• 2 surgery, computerised SOE practice with access to digital x-rays & OPG scanner, digital.
• Ample car parking available.

All candidates must have dental experience & hold a valid DBS to be considered.
