A leading healthcare trust in the UK seeks an individual to support the education and clinical supervision of student dental therapists and hygienists. This role involves maintaining quality service delivery, ensuring compliance with educational standards, and supporting a substantial patient database. Applicants should be ready to contribute to sustainability goals while enhancing patient care and education.
The post holder will work as part of the team responsible for the education (clinical and academic) of student dental therapists/hygienists within the School of Dental Therapy and Hygiene (DTH) to meet the General Dental Council learning outcomes to become registrants (approximately 30 per year). The post holder will support the clinical supervision of a 6,000 per annum patient database across various sites and disciplines while maintaining the Trust's standards of quality in service delivery. This role supports meeting the standards and requirements of stakeholders such as the GDC Education quality assurance team and Kings College London.
