Rodericks Dental Partners in Swansea invites a Direct Access Dental Therapist to join Llangyfelach Dental Centre. You will work autonomously, delivering prevention, periodontal therapy and restorative care with full scope freedom within a supportive team.

You’ll receive a structured induction, ongoing clinical mentorship and protected CPD time, with clear career progression and competitive remuneration in a modern clinic with great transport links and parking.

Qualifications

• Direct Access scope with autonomy in patient care.
• Registered Dental Therapist with current practicing credentials.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full scope care with autonomy, including prevention, periodontal therapy, and restorative treatments.
• Structured induction & training with onboarding on compliance, record-keeping, and clinical decision-making.
• Clinical mentorship & support with regular check-ins and expert guidance.
