Rodericks Dental Partners is recruiting a Dental Therapist for Whitcombe Dental Centre in Aberdare to deliver full-scope care under Direct Access. You will work with an experienced team, providing prevention, periodontal therapy and restorative treatments with autonomy, supported by mentorship and CPD opportunities.

The role emphasizes clinical freedom, structured induction, and ongoing development within an NHS/private practice setting, with a central Aberdare location and good transport access.
