Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Limited is assisting a London-based FE college in recruiting a Dental Technology Lecturer for both part-time and full-time shifts. The role offers up to £40 per hour and starts immediately or after notice.

You will deliver Level 2–3 Dental Technology instruction, covering lab work and theory, while supporting student welfare and progress. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Dental Technology, GDC registration, and a willingness to work toward a teaching qualification; an Enhanced

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' recent practical industry experience within Dental Technology or a dental laboratory environment.
• Must be GDC registered and qualified to an appropriate Level 3 or higher Dental Technology qualification.
• Demonstrable practical experience in the technical construction of fixed restorations within a laboratory environment, including Crown and Bridge.
• Recognised teaching and/or assessing qualification, or willingness to work towards one, plus an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

• Assess learner work, monitor progress and provide constructive feedback while supporting learner welfare, safeguarding and employability skills.

Education

Minimum 5 years' practical industry experience in Dental Technology or dental laboratory environment
