Job Title: Dental Software Trainer (Ideal for Practice Managers)
Location: Mobile role / UK travel
Contract: 12-month contract initially (strong potential to go permanent)
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 + company car

Are you an experienced Practice Manager looking for a fresh challenge outside of day-to-day practice life?

This is a fantastic opportunity to take your hands-on experience in dental practice management and step into a rewarding role where you'll train and support dental teams across the UK on industry-leading dental software.

You'll use your insider knowledge of how a practice runs to deliver training that truly speaks to the needs of professionals on the ground - whether it's reception, clinical staff, or fellow practice managers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver engaging, tailored training on dental practice management software - both on-site at practices and remotely via virtual platforms
* Train a variety of dental team members - including receptionists, nurses, dentists and managers - helping them feel confident using the system
* Create simple, useful training materials like guides and video tutorials based on real-world practice workflows
* Work closely with internal teams to stay updated on system changes, industry trends and customer needs
* Provide follow-up support to practices and gather feedback to improve the training experience
* Travel regularly to dental practices across the UK - a company car is provided to support this

Who This Would Suit:

* A current or former Dental Practice Manager who's confident using practice management software and enjoys helping others
* Someone who's a strong communicator, able to adapt training to suit different roles within the practice
* A person who's happy to travel and is comfortable delivering training both in-person and online
* Organised, proactive, and looking to step into a role where your experience will directly benefit others

If you're looking to take your dental practice experience in a new direction - one that makes a real difference to others in the industry - this could be the ideal next step.
