Location: Remote (Ideally located in the Midlands)

Job Type: Full-time

Travel Required: Occasional (events, internal training)

Start Date: ASAP

Onboarding: In-person onboarding and mentoring at our Setúbal office in Portugal. This role requires in-person training with the team in Portugal and relocation for approximately 3 months. All transport, out-of-pocket expenses, and accommodation will be covered.

We’re hiring a Dental Lab Technical Support Specialist to support our users. This role is ideal for someone with a dental background who’s eager to grow into a leadership position in a tech company.

Your Role

This role involves more than support. You’ll help shape our support services by creating videos, tutorials, improving documentation, and designing scalable support processes. You should be proactive, willing to take ownership, and ready to help build a support function that scales with our growth. A background in dental, especially lab or front-desk experience, and comfort with technology are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to dental lab customers using our software
  • Manage support requests via CRM/ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom)
  • Create video walkthroughs and tutorials
  • Deliver live training and onboarding sessions
  • Maintain our Help Center and documentation
  • Identify common issues and propose scalable solutions
  • Act as a liaison between users and our product team
  • Work two days per week with later hours to support US-based clients
  • Contribute to internal support process improvements
  • Assist clients with onboarding and system setup

Requirements

  • Experience in a dental company or dental reception/admin role
  • Strong computer skills, including CRM and ticketing systems
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Comfort with being on camera for videos and sessions
  • Ability to work later hours twice a week for US support
  • Proactive, organized, and dependable
