Onboarding: In-person onboarding and mentoring at our Setúbal office in Portugal. This role requires in-person training with the team in Portugal and relocation for approximately 3 months. All transport, out-of-pocket expenses, and accommodation will be covered.

We’re hiring a Dental Lab Technical Support Specialist to support our users. This role is ideal for someone with a dental background who’s eager to grow into a leadership position in a tech company.
Your Role
This role involves more than support. You’ll help shape our support services by creating videos, tutorials, improving documentation, and designing scalable support processes. You should be proactive, willing to take ownership, and ready to help build a support function that scales with our growth. A background in dental, especially lab or front-desk experience, and comfort with technology are essential.
