Location: Field-based - covering Birmingham and the West Midlands
Salary: £35-45K base commission (OTE £60K) car benefits

We're partnering with a fast-growing medical device company that's expanding its UK sales team. Who we're looking for:

1. Dental Technicians, Treatment Coordinators, Clinical Trainers, or Ortho/Vet/Dental Reps with strong product knowledge
2. Confident communicators who enjoy building relationships and educating others
3. Self-starters who are resilient, proactive, and motivated by results
4. Someone excited by the idea of being out on the road and driving business

What you'll be doing:

1. Visiting dental practices to introduce and demo high-tech solutions
2. Building relationships with clinicians, lab teams, and practice managers
3. Training and supporting users post-sale
4. Working closely with marketing and technical teams to drive business
