Receptionist – Full Time Location: Sleaford, NG34 7TW Join Our Fantastic Dental Practice!

Are you enthusiastic, friendly, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We’re looking for a Receptionist to become a vital part of our warm and welcoming team in Sleaford.

As the first point of contact for our patients, our Receptionists are more than just front-desk staff—they are Practice Ambassadors. We need someone who can create a positive and memorable experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

What We’re Looking For Experience:

Minimum 1 year’s experience in a reception role (dental or medical preferred)

Applications from qualified Dental Nurses are also welcomed

Skills & Attributes:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good command of the English language

Organised, methodical, and detail-oriented

Quick learner and confident working independently

Team player with a calm and professional manner

Trustworthy, reliable, and self-motivated

Key Responsibilities Meeting and greeting patients with a warm welcome

Booking and amending appointments

Handling opening and closing procedures

Responding to queries via phone, email, and in person

Promoting the practice and dental services to new and existing patients

Processing payments and maintaining patient confidentiality

Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team

Performing general reception and administrative duties
