Rodericks Dental Partners in Barnsley is hiring a Dental Receptionist for Wilthorpe Park Dental. The role focuses on a warm welcome, accurate appointment bookings, and friendly patient service, supporting a busy 7-surgery practice.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles is desirable.
Confident communicator with a professional, approachable manner.
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a busy environment.
Attention to detail and good IT skills for handling bookings and records.

Responsibilities

Provide a warm, professional welcome to patients and visitors.
Manage appointment bookings and maintain accurate patient records.
Process payments and handle administrative tasks with precision.
Coordinate with dentists, nurses, and practice managers to keep the practice running smoothly.
Promote and upsell dental services and products to support patient care.
Be a key part of creating a positive, friendly atmosphere in the practice.
