What You\'ll Do
  • Patient Care & Communication:
  • Welcome patients with professionalism and warmth during check-in procedures
  • Gather and update patient demographic and dental insurance information

  • Explain HIPAA policies and privacy practices, ensuring proper documentation
  • Communicate office procedures and policies clearly and effectively
  • Help patients understand their financial responsibilities and payment options
  • Process co-payments and deductible collections efficiently
  • Support the smooth operation of our dental clinic and mobile sites
  • Maintain adherence to all protocols in alignment with our mission and values
What We\'re Looking For
Essential Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in dental office or healthcare reception
