Job summary

Additional Resources Ltd. is seeking a Dental Practice Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, support staff and uphold high patient service standards at a London practice.

You will lead the team, drive operational performance, manage NHS and private dentistry activity, and support recruitment, training and financial performance including budgets and revenue.

The role offers a salary of £40,000 (negotiable) and benefits, with Monday–Friday days and one in four Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as Dental Practice Manager or in a similar role.
• Experience managing NHS and private dentistry.
• Experience managing UDA/UOA activity and private revenue growth.
• Strong HR knowledge and compliance.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
• Excellent understanding of KPIs, budgeting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative and operational activities of the practice.
• Lead, support and develop the wider practice team.
• Assist with recruitment, training and staff performance.
• Manage employee matters including absence and performance concerns.
• Oversee practice-level financial performance, including budgets, costs and revenue.
