Here at Dentalcare Group, we are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Dental Manager to join our practice, Dentalcare Winterbourne. We are a mixed NHS/Private practice who pride ourselves in putting our patients first and ensuring that we provide the best care.

About the Role

• Managing the clinical governance system and maintaining practice policies including Health & Safety.
• Recruitment of support and clinical staff.
• Management of team to include: Rotas, Appraisals as well as inductions.
• Promoting a team environment and culture that is committed to executing a first-class service to our patients.
• Build productive relationships with associates, supporting strong engagement and retention through regular touch base sessions.
• Ensure quality for our patients through full compliance with all internal and legislative requirements (e.g. Health and Safety, CQC, Clinical Governance, Company policy).
• Support and resolve any employee relations issues to a satisfactory conclusion.
• Ensure that the practice is offering the best proposition through their opening hours.
• Ensure each practice is building their reputation in their local area as the ‘go to’ dental practice.
• You will work 24 hours per week over 3 days, between Monday and Saturday.

• Previous dental management experience.
