Croxteth Dental Centre in Liverpool is seeking a confident Dental Practice Manager to lead our eight-surgery mixed NHS and private centre. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for team development, performance and growth.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Dental Practice Management.
• Excellent understanding of CQC compliance and NHS/private dentistry.
• Confident communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with ambition to grow the practice.

Aufgaben

• Lead and inspire clinical and non-clinical teams to create a high-performing environment.
• Take ownership of day-to-day operations, staffing and practice performance.
• Drive private treatment growth, patient conversions and diary utilisation.
• Act as CQC Registered Manager with strong governance.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, profitability and NHS performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Treatment Coordination to attract patients.
• Deliver outstanding patient experience and build lasting patient relationships.
