Job summary

Bupa Dental Care is seeking a proactive Practice Manager to lead a team of 7–15 colleagues, drive income targets and ensure high standards of patient care. You will recruit, mentor and motivate staff, develop marketing initiatives to attract patients, and collaborate with the team to meet CQC and legislative guidelines while maximising revenue from Bupa products and services.

Previous management experience in healthcare or retail environments is welcome; training and CPD opportunities are

Qualifications

Experience managing a practice or similar service environment was desirable.
Ability to recruit, train and manage staff across a small team.
Experience delivering business targets while maintaining high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

Review, monitor and plan to ensure delivery of income targets of the practice.
Motivate, lead and engage a team of 7-15 colleagues.
Collaborate to drive business priorities and marketing to increase patient numbers.
Ensure CQC and legislative guidelines compliance as the registered manager.
Handle recruitment and selection for all practice staff.
Utilise Bupa products to maximise revenue.
