ZEST Dental Recruitment is working in partnership with a modern, well-established independent dental practice in Bracknell to recruit an experienced Dental Practice Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic practice offering a broad range of NHS and private treatments, including general dentistry, implants, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and facial aesthetics. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in the continued growth and success of this busy, multi-disciplinary practice.

About the Practice

This mixed NHS and private dental practice operates from a modern, purpose-built facility and offers a comprehensive range of services delivered by a multidisciplinary team of experienced clinicians. The practice is committed to providing the highest standards of care using state-of-the-art technology in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Services include:

• General & Family Dentistry
• Dental Implants & Oral Surgery
• Cosmetic & Restorative Dentistry
• Skin & Facial Aesthetics via an on-site MediSpa

The practice is fully equipped with digital surgeries, intraoral scanners, digital x-rays, and has on-site parking.

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a busy, multi-surgery practice
• Ensure ongoing compliance with CQC and other regulatory requirements
• Oversee staff management, HR procedures, and team development
• Deliver a first-class patient journey across both NHS and private services
• Drive operational efficiency and business performance
• Collaborate with clinicians, support staff, and front-of-house teams
• Play a key role in marketing and promoting private treatments

About You

• Experienced Dental Practice Manager or healthcare practice manager
• CQC Registered Manager or eligible
• Commercially focused with proven leadership experience
• Strong HR knowledge and staff management skills
• Excellent communicator and team motivator
• Candidates from an optical or medical management background will also be considered if they meet the above criteria
