Dental Practice Manager / Liverpool, Merseyside / Full Time

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Liverpool, Merseyside who are looking to recruit a Dental Practice Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

Key Details:

  • Available as soon as possible.
  • Notice periods are taken into consideration.
  • Mixed practice environment.
  • Full time opportunity - 5 days per week.
  • Monday - Friday with working hours to be discussed.
  • Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
  • Practice performance bonus also in place.
  • GDC & Indemnity fees covered (if needed).

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out management duties to ensure effective growth, development and running of the practice.
  • Marketing, patient feedback, staff development, HR duties, compliance of the practice, increasing private revenue, finance, managing KPI's & practice budgets.

The Practice Manager will be patient-oriented, self-motivated, and an inspirational team leader.

The practice provides general dentistry alongside Implants & Invisalign in a 7 surgery, computerised practice.

All candidates must have dental practice management experience & hold a valid DBS to be considered.
