Dental Practice Manager / Chester, Cheshire / Full Time

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Chester, Cheshire who are looking to recruit a Dental Practice Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
Available as soon as possible.
Notice periods are taken into consideration.
Mixed practice environment.
Full time opportunity - 40 hours per week.
Monday - Friday with working hours to be discussed.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
Practice performance bonus also in place.
GDC & Indemnity fees covered (if needed).
The practice manager will carry out management duties to ensure effective growth, development and running of the practice.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to; marketing, patient feedback, staff development, HR duties, compliance of the practice, increasing private revenue, finance, managing KPI's & practice budgets.
Practice Manager will be patient orientated, self-motivated and an inspirational team leader.
Practice provides general dentistry alongside Implants, Invisalign & Facial Aesthetics.
7 surgery, computerised SOE practice.
City centre location with good transport links.
Free car parking available.

All candidates must have dental practice management experience & hold a valid DBS to be considered.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From GBP30,000.00 per year
