Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in the UK is seeking full-time and part-time Dental Officers to deliver clinical and domiciliary care for both registered and unregistered patients. The ideal candidates will have a dental council registration, and they should be flexible, dedicated, and able to meet complex patient needs. We provide acute hospital, primary, community, and mental health services to a population of over 1.15 million, expanding to 2.2 million when regional and national services are included.

The shift pattern for this post is Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 16:30.

Bases: Royal Alexandra Hospital, Greenock Health Centre, and Springburn Health.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit full-time and part-time Dental Officers to support clinical care for both registered and unregistered patients, including Paediatric, Special Care, and Priority & Vulnerable Groups within the Public Dental Service in NHS GG&C.

The successful candidates will be involved in providing clinical and domiciliary care within the Health Board area. Due to the complex needs of patients in the PDS, we seek dedicated individuals who are flexible and able to meet these needs.

Posts require cross-site coverage from the specified bases within the Public Dental Service of NHSGG&C.

The post holder must be registered with the General Dental Council as a dentist.
