Job Description:
As a result of growth in private revenue, we are looking for a Treatment Co-ordinator to join our friendly and experienced team in our practice in historic Cambridge. Our thriving dental practice boasts:
- A friendly and experienced team who are well established and respected
- Private services offered including Implants and Aligners
- Committed practice manager who is passionate about her team's success
- Support from the practice and area managers, plus the opportunity to train alongside other experienced Treatment Co-ordinators in the area
- Open to full or part-time applicants (3 days minimum, maximum of 37.5 hours per week)
What we are looking for in the successful candidate:
- Knowledge of dentistry and treatment processes / clinical background
- Confident communicating and building relationships with patients and clinicians
- Experience running social media and/or events desirable
- Keen to be present on-site to offer face-to-face gold standard customer service

As a Treatment Co-ordinator, your role will include:
- Attracting and managing enquiries from patients through digital marketing, social media, and events
- Tracking and monitoring the success of marketing activities
- Delivering the best patient journey and managing the end-to-end treatment
- Helping patients understand all private dental treatment options available to them and converting sales in line with targets
- Working closely with our clinicians to help grow their private patient portfolio
- Building referral partners within the local area
