Job summary

Worcester Dental, located at 26 London Road, Worcester, WR5 2DL, is seeking a qualified Dental Nurse on a 0 hour contract with Monday availability. This role offers frontline patient care, instrument preparation, infection control, and a supportive environment to develop clinically and professionally.

You will work closely with a team of dentists, assisting with a range of procedures while maintaining high standards of hygiene and patient care.

Qualifications

• GDC-registered Dental Nurse required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Comfortable in a clinical environment, including procedures with blood or surgical treatments.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during a wide range of clinical procedures.
• Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment and materials.
• Uphold high standards of infection control and surgery cleanliness.
• Provide reassurance and support to patients throughout their visit.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage administrative tasks.
• Promote and advise patients on oral health and dental care products.
• Create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for patients and the team.
